The world is waiting
to be deployed by you.
It’s in thrall to your sound bites.
You know what you’re doing.
Everything else is half-assed coincidence,
one unhealthy mess
awaiting your version of the truth.
Time to line up all who disagree with you,
pronounce them guilty as charged.
And, if you’re entertaining
while doing it,
then so be it.
Handpick the facts.
If they disagree, ignore them.
If they insist you’re wrong,
then trample them to death.
Remember now, you’re in charge.
Whatever you do, from this moment on,
is for your own good.
